Who we are

We are men and women of faith gathered from diverse backgrounds seeking an expression of the church that is fully sacramental-liturgical, evangelical and charismatic. These three streams converge not in confusion but in unity, with no one stream preeminent over the others: Church that is submitted to the authority of Scripture, as interpreted by the continuing witness of the ancient church and governed by consensus. Our worship is Biblical, Liturgical and Spirit-filled, ancient and contemporary, holy and joyful. We live to show forth God’s praise, not only with our lips but in our lives, by giving up ourselves to His service, and by walking before Him, in holiness and righteousness, all our days. We are committed to advancing God’s kingdom by proclaiming the Gospel to the least, the lost, and the lonely.

Our Mission:

serving christ by serving others

"For even the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45. The mission of St. Paul's Church is to serve God by serving others in our community. We believe that the best way to share God's love with others is to show them the mercy and kindness of the Lord.

At St. Paul's we value our active partnership with our local residents through our multiple family friendly events, as well as our daily presence in the community. Whether playing Bingo with the residents at Gaye Haven, holding a free Harvest Festival in the fall, or providing weekly dinners for our youth group, St. Paul's  strives to give back and share the love and Word of the Lord.

The St. Paul's Family

A story of God's amazing grace

St. Paul's is a member of the CEC (Charismatic Episcopal Church). The beautiful thing about St. Paul's story is that God's grace and love are so deeply woven into the fibers of who we are that any success or prosperity we've experienced is a direct result of God's favor. We believe that all things exist and are being worked according to the God’s plan (Jeremiah 29:11). We believe that we were called to our current location at 201 Taylor Street to become a beacon of love and hope the surrounding community.
